Log Management service fee

Setup tasks

- Analysis and dimensioning of Log Management structure.
- Configuring the log aggregator at the Secure Online Desktop data center.
- Configuring the environment for collecting data from client servers.

Software agents installation

The installation of the agent on the Client's servers is optional and can be fully charged to the client after an initial training carried out by Secure Online Desktop or, if the client or partner does not have the competence to take care of the activity it will be quoted on the basis of the number of LSHs to be monitored and their type.
